Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
